Counter-Notification

If you believe that material removed or disabled by a DMCA notice was done so in error, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:

    Full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of the Material:
    Specify the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before it was taken down.
  3. A Statement of Good Faith:
    A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Consent to Jurisdiction:

  5. Your Signature:
    An electronic or physical signature from the individual submitting the counter-notification.

Once we receive your valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in question unless the copyright owner files a lawsuit against you.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, WABluePlusAPK will terminate users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights in appropriate circumstances.
